1. Conference: “The War in Yemen and Syria and its Implications in the Balkans”, Free Media Institute, Tirana, Albania, 25 July 2015
 
In the beginning of the Arab Spring many Balkan countries sided with the "revolutionaries", which later became terrorists. While all the Balkan countries have condemned ISIS and other terrorist groups that operate in Syria, many of these countries are keeping silent and / or supporting the Saudi aggression in Yemen. Deadline for proposals: 10 July 2015. 2. Conference: "Ten Years After: The Muhammed Cartoons: Perspectives, Reflections, and Challenges", Aalborg University, Denmark, 28-29 September 2015.
 
New research suggest that increased racial discrimination and enforcement of racial-cultural logics of belonging facilitates mobilization of minority youth groups to crime, violence, political activism, carelessness and terrorism. This joint conference of CASAW, Manchester and Mostaganem aims to provide a platform for open dialogue to debate issues relating to gender promotion and women empowerment in the Middle East and North Africa, and to challenge predominant public understandings of empowerment. تلخيص كتاب منهج البحث التاريخي للدكتور د. حسن عثمان

الطبعة: الرابعة. الناشر: دار المعارف بالقاهرة (تاريخ بدون). عدد صفحات الكتاب: 219 صفحة من القطع المتوسط. إعداد: مازن صلاح المطبقاني في 6 ذو القعدة 1407هـ 2 يوليه 1987م بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم المقدمة : يتحدث فيها المؤلف عن معنى التاريخ، وهل هو علم أم فن، ثم يوضح أهمية دراسة التاريخ وبعض صفات المؤرخ وملامح منهج البحث التاريخي. معنى التاريخ: يرى بعض الكتاب أن التاريخ يشمل على المعلومات التي يمكن معرفتها عن نشأة الكون بما يحويه من أجرام وكواكب ومنها الأرض، وما جرى على سطحها من حوادث الإنسان. ومثال على هذا ما فعله ويلز في كتابه "موجز تاريخ العالم". وهناك رأي آخر وهو أن التاريخ يقتصر على بحث واستقصاء حوادث الماضي، أي كل ما يتعلق بالإنسان منذ بدأ يترك آثاره على الصخر والأرض.       وكلمة تاريخ أو تأريخ وتوريخ تعنى في اللغة العربية الإعلام بالوقت، وقد يدل تاريخ الشيء على غايته ودقته الذي ينتهي إليه زمنه، ويلتحق به ما يتفق من الحوادث والوقائع الجليلة. وهو فن يبحث عن وقائع الزمن من ناحية التعيين والتوقيت، وموضوعه الإنسان والزمان، ومسائله أحواله الم...

رسالة إلى الشيخ محمد الصالح رمضان واستشارة علمية

    أستاذي الجليل الشيخ محمد الصالح رمضان    حفظه الله ورعاه السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته وبعد فهذه أول رسالة أكتبها إليكم بعد لقائنا الذي تم قبل أربع سنوات تقريباً حين كنت أجمع المادة العلمية لبحثي حول الدور الوطني لجمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين لقد أكرمني الله بإنجاز البحث وإهداء نسخة منه إليكم، وأرجو ان تكون قد نالت رضاكم فكم كان بودي أن أسمع وأيكم في ذلك العمل. أستاذي الكريم         لما وجدت أن ما لدينا من كتابات حول الجزائر قليلة بل نادرة، عزمت بعون الله أن أقدم ترجمة للشيخ عبد الحميد بن باديس رحمه الله في سلسلة أعلام المسلمين التي تنشرها دار القلم بدمشق. وكما تعلمون فالكتابات عن حياة ابين باديس رحمه الله كثيرة في الجزائر، ولكن شخصيته المتعددة الجوانب والثرية تشجع دائماً على الكتابة عنها.        أمّا سؤالي فهو: ما هي الجوانب التي ترون أنه لم يتطرق إليها البحث بصبوره موسعة؟ وما هي الإضافات التي يمكن أن نتحدث عنها؟ أرجو أن تحدثوني عن نشاطاته رحمه الله، وعلاقاته بأفراد المجتمع الجزائري ا...

حوار مع المستشرق برنارد لويس

               عندما شرعت في إعداد بحث الدكتوراه حول منهج المستشرق برنارد لويس كان لا بد من الإعداد للقائه، وقد زرته في مكتبه في جامعة برنستون التي كان قد تقاعد منها ولكنه كان يحتفظ بمكتب فخم كبير. وأجريت معه لقاءً مطولاً قدمت له فيه عدة أسئلة فأجاب عنها وسجلتها في آلة التسجيل ثم نسخت المادة وبعثتها إليه لتوثيقها. وتأخر كثيراً في توثيق الحوار وفي الأخير أرسل الحوار مطبوعاً كله ومعه رسالة اعتذار يبدي فيها أسفه للتأخر في الرد ولو لم أزعجه بالتعقيب لما اعتذر.        وفيما يأتي الأسئلة وإجابات لويس ثم تعليقي على الإجابات. وعلى الرغم من أنني ناقشت تلك الإجابات في طيات رسالتي للدكتوراه لكني هنا جمعت تلك التعليقات في مكان واحد. الأسئلة والإجابات:        لهذا الحوار قصة طريفة، فقد سبقه مراسلات بين الباحث والمستشرق، وقد اتسم رد لويس بالتردد والممانعة. كما إنه كال التهم جزافاً للباحثين والمؤرخين في دول العالم (غير الحر) من حيث عدم تمتعهم بما يتمتع به الباحثون في (العالم الحر) من حرية الرأي، وأن بح...
